Healthy Banana Loaf

Moist and delicious banana loaf made the healthy way thanks to the very clever guys at When Harry Met Salad!

To make this stunning banana loaf you will need the following ingredients:

150g Porridge Oats
2 Scoops of Whey Protein
½ tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
100g of Two Chicks Liquid Egg Whites
1 Large Banana
Handful of blueberries
150ml Water


Pre heat your over to 180 degrees
In a large bowl add the oats, whey, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and blueberries.
In a blender or bowl, mix/mash down the banana, egg whites and water.
Add the wet mixture to your large bowl and stir through until you have a batter.
Grease a baking tin with some butter/oil and pour in the mixture!
Get it in the oven for 35/40 mins and check how its getting on. It should be done around this point. You can test by sticking in a knife and it coming back out clean (p.s. they do this on the Great British Bake Off so it must be legit)
Remove and cool it down on a rack before devouring.
