Low Carb, High Protein Pancakes

The lovely Lauren Tickner often leaves us drooling over pictures of her pancakes on Instagram, so we asked her to create a recipe for us using our Free Range Liquid Egg White, and here it is!

-300g Two Chicks liquid egg whites
-Handful blueberries (could use any fruit or some nuts)
-Sweetener of choice (I used stevia)
-Teaspoon baking powder

-Mix all ingredients together
-Heat a frying pan
-Spray some cooking spray onto the pan
-Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan
-Cook it as you would cook a normal pancake!
