Low Carb Mocha Protein Waffles

To make these delicous Low Carb Mocha Protein Waffles all you need to do is mix 50g of egg whites with a teaspoon of maca powder, a tablespoon of cacao powder, 25g of protein powder, 25g of coconut flour and a tea spoon of baking powder. Then simply add enough water, to make a thick batter.

Spread the batter in to your waffle maker, or if you don’t have a waffle maker just spoon a tablespoon at a time into a pan greased with coconut oil to make pancakes, and cook for around 3 minutes on each side.

Once cooked, top with a cacao sauce. To make this all you need to do it mix cacao powder, water, & maca powder together until it’s a thin paste and then drizzle it over the top. Or you can substitute for your favourite toppings like honey, nut butter, yoghurt and/or fruit.
