Tuna Omelettata Pizza

20160814_170403When ‘Eat Nourish Love’ tagged us in this stunning ‘Omlettata Pizza’ recipe we knew we had to share it with you. We couldn’t believe how something so delicious could be so healthy and even better, is so simple to make! Here’s what you’ll need and how to make it.

Ingredients:
150mls Two Chicks Liquid Egg White
50g chopped spinach
1/2 a can of tuna

You can also add herbs / spices / seasonings to give it extra flavour. If you don’t eat fish try adding chunks of your favourite meat, a handful of grated cheese / courgette or beans. You can be as adventurous as you like!

Method:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a jug
Heat a frying pan / skillet with your choice of oil
Pour the entire mixture into the pan / skillet
Leave on a medium heat for roughly 3 minutes just until the bottom is cooked but the top is still a bit wet
Lastly, pop in the oven / under a grill to finish cookingIMG_20160814_165711

Top tip:
Try adding some raw veggies on top before you put it in the oven / under the grill. I like to finish off mine under the grill and adding tomatoes, mushrooms or peppers for smokey flavours!

You can enjoy straight from the pan or use a spatula, take it out and cut into pizza slices!
