The Ultimate Buddy Workout With KIN

Are you finding it hard to keep up with your New Year’s Resolutions? You are not alone! Towards the end of January and February, work starts to build up again and our social calendars are getting filled up after that long awaited January pay day.

Working out with a buddy helps to motivate, learn new moves and push each other more that we would doing a workout solo.
Kyle and Kelly have shared their favourite partner work out for this time of year.

Kyle : 10 seconds of static sprints
Kelly: 10 seconds of static squats
Alternate 4 times

Both together: Plank hold for 1 minute
Kyle: Plank hips dips
Kelly: Slow mountain climbers
Alternate 4 times

Both together: Wall squat hold
Kyle: Squat jumps
Kelly: Hip thrusts

Kyle: Squat x 1
Kelly: Push up x 1 (After Kyle finishes squat)
Increase number of exercises up to 10 each, adding one more each time. When Kyle is squatting, Kelly is holding plank. When Kelly is doing push ups, Kyle is holding a squat.

Kyle: Lie back with medicine ball over head and sit up with medicine ball over head and pass to Kelly
Kelly: Takes medicine ball from Kyle over head and lies back, sits up with medicine ball over head and passes back to Kyle
Repeat 10 times on each side.

How to fit it all in?
