Rich Chocolate Almond Protein Smoothie

– 3 tbsp of Two Chicks liquid egg white
– 30g chocolate whey protein
– 250ml almond milk
– 1/2 ripe avocado
– 1 teaspoon no added sugar cocoa
– 3 or 4 ice cubes


1. There is nothing more to this simple recipe then throwing all of the above in a blender and blending for 40 – 60 seconds on full power. Pour it into a glass and for an extra indulgent treat top with some grated dark chocolate.
