Remember that the most important factor in whisking egg white is actually the air. As you whisk the egg you introduce air which can increase the volume up to 8 times. Also, it is important to make sure that your whisking bowl and whisk are grease free.
Two Chicks liquid egg white has a shelf life of around four weeks from purchase (can be frozen for up to two years) and keeps for seven days after opening, meaning you never have to waste time separating eggs again.

The yolk contains all the fat and cholesterol in the egg, whereas the white has none. So if reducing these things is your objective then consuming just the white is a better choice.

Chirps are baked and never fried.
If a recipe for meringues states that eggs should be at room temperature than you may allow the egg white to get to this temperature. We have also found that it is totally fine to use straight out of the fridge.
On average, Chirps have around half the fat and carbs of leading crisps, but all the flavour and four times the protein which helps to keep your blood sugar stable. We’ve found a way to make them delicious while also being healthy. They are also different from all the other crisps on the market as they are high in protein.
We use rapeseed oil when we season Chirps. Rapeseed oil is a healthy choice as it has less saturated fat than all the other cooking oils and fats and is high in beneficial monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats omega 3, 6 and 9 which help to prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes, brain dysfunction, asthma, arthritis and improve vitamin absorption.
No. Chirps are a non GMO product.
Chirps themselves are gluten-free. However, the facility that makes them also produces non gluten-free products, so Chirps may contain traces of gluten.
Other than the Sour Cream and Onion flavour, which contain dairy, Chirps do not contain dairy or nuts. However, they are produced in a facility that also processes nuts and dairy, so they may contain traces of those ingredients.
Yes, all our Chirps are vegetarian.
