Ingredients

– 100ml Pineapple juice
– 100ml Coconut milk
– 50ml of Two Chicks liquid egg white
– Squeeze of 1 slice of lime
– Handful of ice cubes

Instructions

1. All you need to do to make our Protein Piña Colada is throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds, pour into a tall glass, add a straw and enjoy!
